Intermediate to Advanced Athletes
This is for those who are fairly confident in all forms of functional fitness and have access to a functional fitness area at their gym.
We have designed these programs to train alongside the BBB Paddington athletes, so you can get the same results our face to face members do.
These programs are designed by head coach and Sports Scientist Brandon Hasick, with the intention to develop athletes and the general population into high performing individuals.
We place a large emphasis on building strength and power through a large range of motion, whilst developing soft tissue for hypertrophy and injury prevention.
Simply put, you can expect to #movewell and #lookgood as a result.
You can expect a full strength and conditioning program, Extras and access to our member's app where you can track your performance, which will develop you into the athlete you've always wanted to be.

Can you give me a run down of the programming?
Our program generally follows a combination of bodybuilding/powerlifting movements as our key elements, as well as incorporating gymnastics, olympic lifting and metabolic conditioning (METCON).
A general day will involve:
5-10 minutes of gymnastic styled warm ups (strength and control through a large range of motion)
15-20 minutes of strength /hypertrophy work
15-20 minutes of metabolic conditioning
Extras: 15 minutes of bodybuilding, gymnastics or conditioning depending on what is necessary.
What is the difference between regular Programming and BulletProof?
Not everyone has the desire/skills to complete high skilled movements like olympic lifts and gymnastics everyday, so we have designed a program which is very similarly structured to the above, however, more focused on getting stronger through time under tension in the more basic form.
It forces the athlete to be less focus on speed and typical “CrossFit” workouts and gives more emphasis on moving well and increasing work capacity.
Will I need access to a gym?
Yes, for this program you will. We do offer our SWEAT PROGRAM that is a home based workout program, but we encourage access to a full gym set up if possible. (Barbells, DB, KB, rowers/ bikes, pull up bars, rings and a few extra pieces.
If you don’t have access to everything, that’s ok, you’ll just need to supplement some movements.
How long is the contract?
No lock in contracts here. We work in 1 month payment blocks and require 7 days notice for pauses and cancellations.
What if i start and realise I should have joined the beginner program?
That’s ok, we can switch you over to one of the other programs and sort the difference in cost if necessary. We would prefer you to follow the right program and actually get real results.
How many days per week will i be training?
We program for 6 days per week as we do in our Paddington Facility, however, we work with undulating intensity to ensure our athletes know when to push hard and when to leave some in the tank.
We understand that 6 days is too much for some people, which is totally fine. If you can get to training 4 times a week you will see some great progress.
