We love the Functional Fitness/ CrossFit community and meeting visitors from far and wide. So, if you’re an experienced CrossFitter and you’re looking for a training home away from home, you’ve come to the right place. At BBB, we aren’t affiliated, but we run a strength and conditioning program we know you’ll love.

You will get to train with Sport Scientists and high qualified coaches in a clean and well kept facility with free parking.

Located in the mix of White City Tennis Courts at the bottom of Paddington, next door to Sydney Grammar School.

Our newly fitted premium facility features brand 9 New assault bikes, 10 concept 2 rowers, 3 ski-ergs, quality lifting bars, Alpha-Fit rigs and Indoor and outdoor options, making us the premier fitness facility in Sydney. Pop in and see us before any class for a quick tour.

  • Visiting from a CrossFit box? Drop-In and train with us. Please note that we require you to have a minimum standard of 3 months CrossFit/ Performance coaching to "drop in" to our sessions. If you feel like you aren't up to this level, please contact us to book into a personal training session instead.
  • As a drop in, you've got the option to grab a BBB T-shirt/Tank for only $10.
