Small group training
Being a member of our Small Group Performance Coaching gives you access to personalised training in a team environment.
Our sole focus is to find out exactly what you're looking for and then provide you with the strategies and action-steps to help you reach those goals.
When you sign up for our group training packages, you’ll get access to 4 x 1:1 Personal training sessions where we can walk you through everything you’ll need to know in order to maximise your success, both whilst you’re with us and when you leave.
You’ll also get access to a free, quarterly “Success Session” where you’ll get to sit down with a coach and re-evaluate your success and future goals so you continue to move forward.
We have the systems to make sure that you fully understand your movement and nutrition so that you definitely reach your fitness goal.
Get your motivation, accountability and friendly competition whilst still having the guidance and structure of a personal training session.
▶Your 10 week package starts with 4 x 1:1 Personal Training Sessions so we can assess, address and progress you through the fundamental movements with perfect form (over 2 week period), which includes:
▶ Individual strategy to clearly define your action steps needed to transform the way you look, move and feel.
▶ Body composition and movement analysis, personal nutrition targets and nutritional advice based on your body type and the data we collect.
▶ 8 weeks of unlimited group training to do the reps and transform the way you look, move and feel.
▶ 10 week check in and transformation update with results guaranteed**
▶ Free access to seminars and member's only membership site with hours of training content and nutrition advice
▶ Access to performance tracking app where you can see yourself improve every day
▶ Roll over to an ongoing membership with the option of a 6/12 month contract after.
▶ During your first 10 weeks, you’ll get access to unlimited “success sessions” to ensure you are 100% committed to achieving your results.
