HOW DOES IT WORK?

    Book a Phone Call

    Have a 15 minute discovery call with one of our expert coaches so that we can find out exactly what you’re looking for and if one of our packages will help.  We’ll help you decide between our PT, group coaching or both.

    Week 1

    During your first week, you’ll get 2 x 45 minute 1:1 sessions with a coach, so that we can assess, address and progress you through the fundamentals of nutrition and movement, ensuring that you feel confident and competent before going into classes. During these sessions, we’ll help you design a nutrition strategy that will work for you.

    Week 2

    During week 2, you’ll complete your 3rd and 4th fundamental sessions. During these sessions you’ll be exposed to the more advanced movements that we use in our programming, like olympic lifting and basic gymnastics. Once we’ve seen you complete these movements confidently, or shown you the progressions, you’ll have full access to our small group coaching time table.

    Throughout your time with us, you’ll be exposed to the highest quality of small group coaching, exclusive online content and internal challenges to keep you moving forward.

    Week 10 and beyond

    Your coaches will keep in contact with you every step of the way, however, every 10 weeks we want to get you in for a success session to see how you’re doing and help you set the next round of goals. It is truly the most personalised group-training system on the market.

CLASSES TO SUIT YOUR SCHEDULE

BBB classes produce exceptional results by effectively increasing your strength through a large range of motion, whilst combining all aspects of strength and conditioning. Simply put, you’re going to move well across a number of functional fitness movements and increase your fitness whilst decreasing your risk of injury. We can promise this because of sports science backed programming and years of experience.

Our classes are universally scalable – meaning the class sessions are designed to be equally challenging to all athletes regardless of past experience or level of fitness. Our coaches “prioritise perfect movement” and focus on the proper execution of all movements to achieve an all round level of cardio fitness, flexibility, strength, and enduring stamina.
