Teen Fit Pricing

Let Your Teen Join The BBB Family and Develop Real Strength and Fitness

If you are not familiar with BBB Gym, you may think that our prices are higher than typical gym memberships.

You’re absolutely right, they are! But ask yourself this: what would your child get from a typical gym membership? You’d be paying for them just walk around aimlessly using the equipment, copying whatever they see and have no idea what they’re doing, usually resulting in some sort of injury.

At BBB, your membership includes professionally programmed workouts that are tailored specifically to your child’s fitness capability.

You get world class coaching from Sport Scientist level coaches at every session, nutritional advice, and one-on-one help whenever you need it. When you become a member of the BBB community, you get unlimited access to our classes, open gym times, and specialty classes. Plus we have options of no contracts and no joining fees!

I can promise you that if this was available to me during high school, I would have jumped all over it.

Contact us today to book your FREE Discovery Session so we can answer any questions you might have.

Can my child come in to try a class?

Unfortunately we don’t do Free Class trials, however, we do offer a free 15 minute discovery session over the phone or in person. Because we aren’t a standard gym or group class, and because you deserve more than a cookie cutter approach, we like to create an individual experience for each member that comes through our doors.

To do this, we start with an in depth phone call and follow it up with a minimum of 2 x 1:1  Fundamental sessions where we assess your child’s current nutrition and movement standards, address anything out of the ordinary and help you progress through your individual action steps to make sure you’re set up for success.  Book a discovery call here

Will my child get hurt training?

We are known in the industry for our coaches holding the highest quality of standard when it comes to movement perfection and injury prevention.

We will tailor the workouts based on each individual and ensure that the training stimulus and volume is exactly what they need to improve strength and fitness, without over reaching and risking injury.

We know that “heavy” is relative. So what may be heavy for one child, might be too light for another.

This is where our experience comes into play and we can help your kids learn and understand how to develop strength in the safest manner possible.

Do they need to be a certain level of fitness to join the groups?

There is no minimum level of fitness for our groups, however, we do require you to pass our ‘fundamental assessments’ before joining the groups.

Because our training style is quite unique and we incorporate some highly skilled movements, with an emphasis on movement quality, we may require you to complete some Personal training sessions. If there is a safety issue or we think you will be better suited to Personal training, we will let you know and help you decide.

At the end of the day, we want you to feel comfortable, be safe and get results.

My child has never trained before, is that ok?

That’s more than ok. Our expert coaches have designed a package for you which will walk your teen through every step of the way.

We will start them off with our awesome Fundamentals Personal Training Package and then progress them onto either more PT or Small Group Training depending on their ability and goals.

I have trained a fair bit before, can I just start?

Even if they’re a competitive athlete, we will need to take them through a minimum of 1 x Personal Training session where we will get baseline tests, assess their motor patterns, analyse their nutrition and help tweak their performance to ensure quality, safety and adherence is met.

We have an expert team of coaches and we are confident we can help even the best of athletes.

How big are the group sessions?

We keep our groups small enough that we can give individualised coaching but big enough where there is still a vibe and atmosphere. We cap our classes at 14 per session to ensure you get the attention you need and deserve. Its not one of those gyms where you’re just another number. The coaches create a structured environment where it feels like a personal training session, but shared with a few mates.

Can I pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly?

Totally up to you. We can organise your membership to be on the same day each week, fortnight or month. If you would like to set up an alternative payment schedule, please have a chat to us.

Can I pay eftpos/cash rather than direct debit?

Direct debit is one of the easiest ways to ensure you keep up with your membership payments each week/ month. To discuss an alternative arrangement, come and see us at the front desk.

Can I put my membership on hold if I can’t make it and how long for?

You are able to put your membership on hold for up to eight weeks if you are injured, busier than usual or expecting to spend time out of town. Please let us know two weeks in advance of your hold period and we will arrange to suspend your payments. We’ll need a start and finish date as we will automatically to restart your membership when your hold period is complete.

We can only put a membership on hold for a maximum of eight weeks. Anything more is considered a cancellation, which will be carried out in accordance with our normal cancellation terms. Of course, we would love for you to come back and will be happy to discuss renewing your membership at any time.

What’s the process if I need to cancel?

To cancel your membership, complete the cancellation request form on our website two weeks before you plan to stop coming to our gym. Once submitted of our friendly team will contact you to arrange your cancellation. Any cancelled members will be charged at current membership rates if they decide to rejoin.

Membership Freedom

You’ve got the freedom to choose between our flexi week to week packages, or show that you’re committed from the start with a 6 month deal.  We want you to stay and continue to train at BBB gym because you love it and because you get results. If you need to exit your membership, or if you think BBB gym is not right for you, no problems. You can cancel anytime with 2 week’s notice. No hassles.

No Sign Up Fees

We know that getting started with healthier choices can be really tough, and many people usually fail on their promises to get fit, and some even have countless attempts to keep healthy. That’s why we don’t charge for sign up fees. We want to make your journey to starting at the gym as easy as possible.

Incredible Community And Coaches

Unlike most gyms, we actually care when you can’t come in to class. You’re more than a number or another ‘customer’ to us. We are all together on this journey to become healthier and fitter, and we simply love doing life together. Come in for your first class and not only will you see our incredible community, but also feel to become one with the team and family. At BBB gym, it’s always people first and fitness follows.
